Our base service price for a standalone visit is $400. That covers our fully insured crew, professional-grade equipment, and commercial cleaning supplies for the job. Most homeowners easily exceed the base price by bundling services on the same visit (e.g., house wash + driveway), which is also where you get the best value per square foot.

Is soft washing more expensive than pressure washing?

No — for the surfaces where soft washing is the right method (siding, brick, roofs), it's priced the same or similar. The difference is the technique, not the price.

How often should I have my house washed?
